I loved staying at Hyatt Regency in Jersey City with its fine Manhattan skyline views and convenient PATH access. The staff provided solid assistance, though improvements could be made in room cleanliness. A nice experience immersing in Americana with my partner.

My children wanted better room cleanliness and wish there was room service available.

Comfortable room, excellent location, with a king room featuring a great view of the Manhattan skyline and easy access to the metro station that takes you directly to the World Trade Center.

We spent 7 nights here and loved that the room had an incredible view of the Manhattan skyline and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water. The only downside was that the furniture showed some wear, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 🏙️

Perfect for family with kids

Location was perfect right next to the PATH train, so easy to get to the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent but pricey, and even though it woke us a few times, I loved the view while having coffee by the window.

The convenience of being steps away from both the PATH station and ferry services made exploring New York City extremely effortless. I also enjoyed the local dining options available within walking distance, adding to the overall experience. However, I wish the staff could improve their responsiveness. I faced some delays when trying to contact housekeeping and the front desk.

We celebrated a special occasion here with family and friends, and the views of the NYC skyline from our room were absolutely stunning, making our time together even more memorable. plus, we loved how close the hotel was to Battery Park and the PATH train, which opened up so many walking adventures in the city.

The room itself was spacious, with a nice decor, but there were cleanliness issues. I noticed dust in the corners and the carpet felt worn. Some staff were friendly and accommodating, but I experienced some rudeness from the front desk during check-in. I had to wait longer than expected for my room due to renovations. Even when I got into my room, I found the coffee machine was broken, and it took two days to get a replacement. I expected better for the price paid. The dining options in the hotel seemed limited, and I found breakfast offerings underwhelming. It’s unfortunate because the hotel has great potential but these details made my stay less enjoyable.
